You are required to mail a good quality picture of the received product depicting the issue (in case of damage/defect/incorrect product) along with your order details to email@example.com (you can mail the picture in the first step, for a faster process). Our Quality Assurance team will check the details about its eligibility for return.
Once your return request is accepted, we will get back to you within 2 to 3 days and arrange a reverse pick up for the product in question.
It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organizing a pickup and 7-10 days for delivery at our warehouse.
Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, we will initiate a refund process within 7 days of receiving it.
