All refund is processed within 7 days of receiving the merchandise back at our warehouse. The refund is made by the same transaction method used during the original purchase. If you used a credit card as your payment method, the purchase amount will be issued to your credit card. NEFT transactions take about 5 days to process. In the case of a Credit Card transaction, the refund amount will show in your next billing. All refunds shall be subject to applicable charges as may be deducted by the User’s bank.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests will only be accepted if they are made within 24 hrs of placing the order. In such a case, you may be assured of a full amount of return.
We do not accept post-dispatch cancellations of orders.
The customer needs to raise a cancellation request at the Customer Service at 18001020291 toll-free number (available from Monday – Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM) or mail us at sales@dreamsmattress.in.
